Our approach

A delivery model built for certainty

Enterprise transformation fails in the gaps between teams, documents and systems. Our process is designed to close them — with clear gates, visible progress and nothing left behind at handoff.

Working principles

Four habits that keep projects honest

  1. Operators first

We design with the people who do the work every day, not just the people who sign it off.

  2. Prototype before we build

Clickable prototypes settle debates in hours that documents drag out for weeks.

  3. Demo, don't report

Progress is shown in working software every two weeks — never in a percentage on a slide.

  4. Hand over everything

Code, documentation, runbooks and know-how. Independence is the goal from day one.

Seven stages

From first workshop to final handoff

Seven deliberate stages, with clear deliverables at every gate. You always know what's happening, what's next — and what you own.

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Discovery workshop

We sit with your operators, not just your executives. Stakeholder interviews, system-landscape mapping and pain-point scoring reveal where the real gaps are — and what closing each one is worth.

    Deliverables
    • Gap Map
    • Prioritized opportunity backlog
    • ROI hypotheses

Who's involved: Business owners · IT leads · Frontline teams

  2. 02Weeks 2–4

    Business process documentation

We document how work actually flows today — every hand-off, workaround and shadow spreadsheet — as clear process maps, data flows and a roles-and-permissions matrix your teams can sign off.

    Deliverables
    • As-is process maps (BPMN)
    • Data-flow diagrams
    • RACI & access matrix

Who's involved: Process owners · Compliance

  3. 03Weeks 4–6

    Solution design

We design the to-be process, target architecture, integration blueprint and AI approach, then validate it with a clickable prototype before a single line of production code is written.

    Deliverables
    • Solution blueprint
    • Clickable prototype
    • Success metrics & KPIs

    Who's involved: Architects · Security · Sponsors

  4. 04Two-week sprints

    Development

A modular build in short sprints, with a live demo at the end of every one. You see working software early, steer priorities as you learn, and never wait months for a big reveal.

    Deliverables
    • Sprint demos
    • Working increments
    • CI/CD pipelines

Who's involved: Product owner · Engineering pod

  5. 05Every sprint

    Testing & validation

Functional, integration, performance and security testing — plus AI evaluation for accuracy, bias and hallucination — capped by user-acceptance testing with your own people.

    Deliverables
    • Test reports
    • AI evaluation scorecard
    • UAT sign-off

Who's involved: QA · Security · Key users

  6. 06Go-live + 30 days

    Deployment & hypercare

A phased rollout that runs alongside your legacy systems, with parallel runs, live monitoring and a dedicated hypercare squad on call until adoption is stable.

    Deliverables
    • Rollout & rollback plan
    • Monitoring dashboards
    • Hypercare SLAs

Who's involved: IT operations · Change champions

  7. 07Final week

    Handoff workshop

Hands-on knowledge transfer for your admins, engineers and process owners. You leave with the runbooks, the documentation, the source code — and full ownership of the IP.

    Deliverables
    • Runbooks & documentation
    • Admin & user training
    • Source code & IP transfer

Who's involved: Your platform team · Process owners

At handoff, you own:

  • Source code & full IP
  • Architecture & process documentation
  • Runbooks and admin guides
  • A trained internal team
  • A prioritized roadmap for what's next

Engagement models

Start small. Scale what works.

Most clients begin with a Discovery Sprint, move into a Build Pod for their highest-value gap, and keep us on to evolve what we've built.

Discovery Sprint

2 weeks · fixed scope

The fastest way to find out where AI will actually pay off. Workshops, system mapping and a prioritized Gap Map with ROI hypotheses.

  • Discovery workshop
  • System & process landscape
  • Prioritized Gap Map
  • Roadmap & business case

Ideal forLeaders who need a clear, defensible starting point

Most chosen

Build Pod

10–16 weeks to first release

A dedicated, cross-functional squad — architect, engineers, QA and a delivery lead — that takes one or more gaps from design to production.

  • Solution design & prototype
  • Two-week sprints & demos
  • Testing & AI evaluation
  • Deployment & hypercare

Ideal forTeams ready to ship a production solution

Evolve

Ongoing · monthly

Stay on as your AI partner after handoff — managed support, model monitoring and a continuous-improvement backlog, on your terms.

  • Support SLAs
  • Model & drift monitoring
  • Quarterly roadmap reviews
  • Capacity for new modules

Ideal forEnterprises scaling from one solution to many

Governance

You stay in control at every rhythm

A predictable cadence means no surprises: decisions are made with the right people, on the right evidence, at the right time.

FAQ

Practical questions, answered

Straight answers on security, ownership, timelines and how we work with your teams.

Still weighing it up? Spend 30 minutes with a solution architect — no slideware, just your systems and your questions.

Talk to an architect
Who owns the solution once it's built?

You do. Source code, documentation, runbooks and intellectual property are handed over in full at the handoff workshop. There are no proprietary runtimes or license keys holding your solution hostage.

How long does a typical engagement take?

The discovery workshop takes about two weeks and ends with a prioritized Gap Map you keep regardless of what happens next. A first production release typically follows within ten to sixteen weeks, depending on scope and integration complexity.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team or existing vendors?

Yes — most of our engagements are collaborative. We embed with your platform team, follow your change-management and security processes, and plan the handoff from day one so your people can run and extend the solution confidently.

Find your biggest gaps in two weeks.

Our discovery workshop maps your systems, processes and AI opportunities into a prioritized Gap Map — yours to keep, whether or not we build it together.
